Job summary

EPI Power is seeking an Electrical General Foreman to lead on a data center project site in Des Moines, IA. You will supervise electricians, apprentices, and temp workers, ensuring work aligns with plans and safety standards.

Role focuses on coordinating crews, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining project progress while upholding a strong safety program and quality control. This is a non-union position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• A valid Class A or B license from the State of Iowa preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, designs, and specifications; follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workers, foresee production problems and suggest improvements.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of the electrical Foreman.
• Interpret blueprints, designs and specs to ensure proper installation.
