Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise journeyman electricians on data center projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will direct daily field activities, review plans, coordinate with project leaders, train crew members, and enforce NFPA 70E and OSHA standards while maintaining thorough records and responding to emergencies, outages, and incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a journeyman electrician, with at least 1 year in a foreman or lead role.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of journeyman electricians and apprentices.
• Execute electrical tasks according to project schedules, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent, project managers, and other trades to ensure seamless progress and resolve field conflicts.
• Monitor work to confirm quality standards, code compliance, and safety procedures.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to build skills and maintain high performance.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems (conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, controls).
• Conduct daily inspections of work areas to identify hazards and verify safety practices.
