Job summary

EPI Power, LLC is seeking an Electrical General Foreman to lead a data center project team on site in Des Moines, IA. The role will supervise electricians, apprentices, and temp staff, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety and quality compliance throughout the project.

Ideal candidates will hold a High School diploma (GED preferred) and a valid Iowa Class A or B license. Strong math, troubleshooting, and supervisory abilities are required to manage labor units and coordinate with the project

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Follow and enforce safety rules and create safe work environment.
• Supervise electricians, apprentices, and helpers on site.
• Compute and apply units of measure for materials and work planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workers and foresee production problems; suggest improvements.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of the electrical foreman.
• Interpret blueprints, designs, and specs to ensure proper installation.
• Maintain safety programs and review Job Hazard Analysis.
• Supervise electricians and apprentices; report progress and material needs.
• Attend crew safety meetings and communicate job progress to management.
• Ensure work quality meets customer expectations and company standards.
