Job summary

Asiacom Americas Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to oversee and strengthen EHS programs across our data centers in the United States. You will ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role involves developing policies, conducting risk assessments, and leading incident response across multiple data center locations. Travel to sites nationwide may be required, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably within data centers or mission‑critical facilities.
Good understanding of OSHA, ISO 45001, and US environmental laws; relevant certifications are preferred.
Experience conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation plans, and managing incident response.
Ability to develop, implement, and enforce EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee EHS programs for data centers in the US.
Lead real-time response to EHS incidents and coordinate with internal teams, emergency services, and stakeholders.
Conduct EHS risk assessments and develop risk control plans.
Develop, update, and improve EHS policies and procedures for compliance and resilience.
Foster a strong safety culture through training and standardized practices.
