Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Cloud EHS Specialist (NAM) for an onsite role to lead a comprehensive safety program for data center operations. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in data center environments.
• Expertise in OSHA, NFPA 70E, ISO 45001; local regs across regions.
• Hands-on data center operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of EHS safety program for data centers.
• Develop and customize policies, procedures, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001.
• Collaborate with site staff and contractors to roll out program.
• Embed safety into daily workflows and operations.
• Create tools and resources to monitor EHS policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for sites.
• Lead reviews of safety practices against changes.
• Establish metrics to track program effectiveness.
• Deliver training for employees, contractors, vendors.
• Foster safety culture through communication and recognition.
• Drive continuous improvement; address emerging risks.
