Job summary

CloudHQ seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead regulatory and safety compliance across data center operations. You will develop training, manage environmental permits, and supervise contractor safety, reporting to the EHS Director. Five to ten years in EHS with knowledge of FM programs is preferred.

The role requires travel to CHQ US data center sites and a Bachelor's in environmental safety or related field, with MS preferred and safety certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental compliance and occupational safety & health, or related field.
• Professional safety certification preferred (GSP/ASP/CSP).
• 5–10 years of EHS management experience in data center or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory and safety requirements company-wide and develop customer programs.
• Create and administer site training for all personnel and manage permits.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state environmental permits and inspections.
• Oversee incident/contractor management and develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate with EVPs, COO, and site teams to address safety deficiencies.
