Job summary

Oracle seeks a senior EHS leader to architect and own Oracle's global EHS management system, spanning corporate real estate and data center operations. You will set harmonized standards, risk methodology, and an enterprise governance framework with cross-regional authority.

You will direct audits, incident learning, and performance reporting, partnering with Legal, Internal Audit, Procurement, HR, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive EHS leadership across regions and regulatory environments.
• Experience building enterprise EHS management systems at global scale aligned to ISO standards.
• Field experience in hyperscale data centers or high-hazard, complex environments; credibility with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the globally harmonized EHS management system aligned to ISO standards.
• Own the enterprise EHS standards library and governance processes across the enterprise.
• Design and lead the global EHS audit and assurance program and coordinate with internal and external bodies.
• Oversee incident learning, root cause analysis, and enterprise-wide learning from significant events.
• Shape the enterprise EHS technology roadmap and data architecture for reporting.
