Job summary

CloudHQ is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead regulatory and safety programs across data center operations. The role requires deep knowledge of federal and state requirements and a track record of contractor management and incident response.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in EHS leadership, a related degree (MS preferred), and the ability to develop training and obtain environmental permits. Travel to US sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of EHS management experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations for data center facilities.
• Ability to develop and administer site training programs.
• Experience obtaining environmental permits and ensuring compliance.
• Contractor management experience and safety program development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS management of Data Center Operations.
• Manage air permits from construction through annual reporting.
• Oversee UST registrations and compliance.
• Maintain pressure vessel compliance and certificates.
• Develop site training plans and employee orientations.
• Coordinate inspections with regulatory agencies and leadership.
• Review incidents and manage corrective actions.
• Maintain permits and regulatory documentation.
• Travel to CHQ US data center sites as required.
