Saulsbury Industries in Odessa, TX is seeking an on-site E&I Project/Construction Manager for mission critical data center projects. You will lead an on-site team, oversee electrical and instrumentation phases, coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, cost control, and schedule adherence.

You will review plans, manage budgets, approve invoices, issue change orders, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining quality and compliance.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience managing the E&I phase of large data center construction projects.
• Demonstrated success in management of large construction projects.
• Working knowledge of project plans, owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, drawings, and submittals.
• Estimating experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assume overall responsibility for a profitable, safe project completed on time.
• Review project proposals and documents with the project team and Director of Operations.
• Coordinate construction activities with owner, subcontractors, and company personnel.
• Manage project staff, including superintendents, foremen, and assistants; lead project meetings.
• Review subcontractor selections, invoicing, change orders, and payment applications.
• Ensure timely billings, cost reporting, scheduling, and closeout processes.
