Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an on-site Project Manager to lead E&I phases on data center projects in the Permian Basin/Western Texas. You will manage the E&I team, coordinate with owners and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence throughout construction.

Candidates should have 2+ years in E&I project management within large construction contexts, strong communication, and the ability to drive teams under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing the E&I phase of large data center construction projects.
• Demonstrated success in management of large construction projects.
• Working knowledge of project plans, owner contracts, subcontracts and as-built drawings.
• Estimating experience is a plus, not required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and groups under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical and administrative management for E&I phases on data center projects.
• Lead development and management of an E&I team during the construction phase.
• Coordinate with owner, subcontractors, and company personnel.
• Promote safety as a priority in project management.
• Monitor project costs with weekly labor reports and monthly budgets.
• Lead project staff meetings and oversee closeout processes.
