Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a construction-support professional in Odessa, TX, to assist E&I Construction Project Managers by monitoring activities, coordinating with vendors, and reviewing drawings to ensure schedule adherence. Construction field experience is a must.

The role involves interfacing with site teams, resolving design conflicts via RFIs, building work packages, and maintaining accurate drawings.

Responsibilities

• Interface with site construction teams and engineering teams to complete tasks.
• Resolve design conflicts and field interference via RFIs.
• Coordinate and issue RFIs for EPC and non-EPC projects.
• Maintain as-built/redline drawings and track progress.
• Build and issue work packages by scope and area.
• Track IFC drawings and revisions for estimating and MTOs.
• Assist in developing Change Orders and wire/phenolic tag packages.
• Organize wire tags and ensure timely material delivery.
• Review project schedule and 3-week look ahead.
