Job summary

MARA (NASDAQ: MARA) is seeking an early-career professional to join our Development team in a hybrid analyst and project coordination role. You will support site development, project execution, and financial analysis across MARA's data center and energy infrastructure portfolio.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with 1–3 years of related experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate development, project management, infrastructure, energy, construction, or related field.
• Internship or relevant project experience may be considered for candidates with strong potential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management or tracking tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow projects through to completion.
• Genuine interest in data centers, energy infrastructure, power development, or digital assets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site evaluation and due diligence, including review of land, power, permitting, and infrastructure conditions.
• Maintain and update site tracking logs, status reports, and development timelines across an active multi-site portfolio.
• Research entitlement, zoning, utility, and permitting requirements for new and active development sites.
• Support the preparation of materials, presentations, and reports for internal leadership and joint venture partners.
• Assist with financial analysis and project information used to evaluate development opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-up documentation across internal teams and external partners.
• Track open action items, decisions, risks, and deliverables across active development sites and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and identifying schedule, cost, or budget variances for senior team members.
• Support cross-functional teams throughout the development and execution lifecycle of data center projects.
