Job summary

MARA is seeking a Director, EPC – AI/HPC Data Centers to lead end-to-end EPC delivery for MARA’s AI/HPC data center program. You will oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover while aligning safety, quality, schedule, cost, and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership delivering engineering and construction programs.
• Strong knowledge of data center design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC delivery for AI/HPC data centers.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization and schedule adherence through data-driven practices.
• Provide executive project updates and governance.
