Job summary

Cedar is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support complex data center development and construction projects. You will work with Project Managers and senior leadership to coordinate workstreams, schedules, budgets, and documentation.

The role emphasizes risk identification, issue resolution, and cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities include managing planning through construction, coordinating consultants and vendors, and maintaining clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years of construction/project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project workstreams from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Support PM in developing schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and status reports.
• Assist in design and construction coordination and issue resolution.
