Job summary

CloudHQ, LLC seeks an experienced Development / Project Manager to lead data center development projects from campus planning to handoff. You will drive entitlement, design, permitting, and coordination with Construction and Operations teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with customer objectives.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in real estate development or project management, with a track record of managing external consultants and stakeholders in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external partners.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with urgency and business judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center development projects from campus planning through entitlement, design, permitting, and handoff.
• Drive budgets, schedules, and milestones; coordinate internal and external teams to hit critical targets.
• Procure external consultants, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and select partners.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and customers to align scope, cost, and delivery.
• Prepare development plans, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
