Job summary

Element Six is building a distributed network of data centers across the United States and seeks a senior data center leader to own development and operations with the Founder.

You’ll architect a repeatable model that takes opportunities from identified prospect to an operational facility, overseeing site selection, power procurement, permitting, design, construction and operations while shaping the platform for a growing nationwide portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build the model that takes data center projects from identified opportunity to an operational facility.
• Oversee site selection and due diligence, power procurement and utility relationships.
• Manage permitting, entitlements, design and engineering, construction and contractor management.
• Lead data center operations and develop teams, processes and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure the portfolio scales with repeatable development methods and best practices.
• Shape the platform and ecosystem rather than inheriting an existing one.
