Job summary

CloudHQ is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead data center development projects from campus planning through entitlement, design, and handoff to Construction and Operations teams.

You will drive budgets, schedules, and milestones, coordinate with customers, utilities, architects, engineers, and internal teams, and proactively manage risks to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of real estate development, project management, construction management, or design management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center development projects from campus planning through entitlement, design, permitting, and handoff to Construction/Operations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and milestones; drive momentum, adjust to changing priorities, risks, or constraints.
• Lead procurement for external consultants, including RFPs, proposals review, negotiations, and selection.
• Coordinate across architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, municipalities, customers, and internal teams to align execution.
• Prepare development plans, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
