Job summary

CloudHQ is looking for an Architectural Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of Architectural systems for data centers across the Americas. You will manage internal teams and external consultants to ensure program consistency, reliability, and efficiency from master planning through construction and handover.

This role requires strong leadership, risk mitigation, and collaboration with customers, engineers, and operations to meet performance, safety, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Architectural Design experience focusing on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with commissioning and handover of Architectural systems in data centers.
• Experience with construction project management tools (BIM360, Helix) and drawing review software (Bluebeam, ACC).

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation and execution of Architectural systems design with focus on reliability and efficiency.
• Manage external design consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver design solutions.
• Oversee design deliverables, specifications, schedules, and task allocations for timely output.
• Support campus planning, entitlements, design, and permitting across multiple projects.
• Represent CloudHQ at Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and share best practices.
