Job summary

CloudHQ, LLC is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead data center development projects from campus planning through handoff to Construction. You will drive budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and risk management across multiple concurrent programs.

The role requires 7+ years in real estate development or related fields, cross-functional leadership, and strong communication to coordinate with customers, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in real estate development, project management, construction management, and/or design management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with urgency and judgment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center development projects from planning through entitlement, design, permitting, and handoff to construction.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and milestones across multiple projects; drive internal and external teams to meet critical deadlines.
• Lead procurement for external consultants, including RFPs, evaluations, negotiations and selections.
• Coordinate across architects, engineers, contractors, customers, and utilities to align execution and project outcomes.
• Present development plans, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
