Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive entitlements and permitting to meet project timelines.
• Lead diligence and development by analyzing site risks and incentives.
• Organize communications with internal and external stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Align site development with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Support recommendations for management approvals.
• Support near- and long-term data center location strategy.
• Monitor ongoing site development and agreement management.
• Develop scalable tools to improve delivery and communication.
