Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of construction or development project management on mission-critical or technically complex commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost controls, scheduling and change management.
• Proactive problem solver with ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of turnkey data center construction from preconstruction to client handover.
• Coordinate general contractors, MEP trades, architects, engineers and vendors to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including permits, drawings, contracts and change orders.
• Monitor safety, quality and compliance with contractual requirements and AREP standards.
