Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a seasoned Quality and Commissioning Program Manager to lead client-specific programs and oversee site-quality activities across large-scale projects.

You will drive training, coordinate with field staff, and ensure commissioning standards are met while reporting to operations leadership. The role demands 50% travel, a strong engineering or PM background, and the ability to bridge gaps between project setup and full PM ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 6 years of electrical experience with leadership and commissioning in large-scale projects.
• Experience developing and executing training programs.
• Frequent travel: 50%.
• Work schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri; hours may extend to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality and Commissioning Program Manager for specific high-profile clients.
• Assist in project setup and startup phases until a full-time Project Manager is assigned.
• Attend program-level meetings to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Attend client site meetings to drive quality and commissioning standards.
• Interview field-level employees up to Field Managers to uphold standards.
• Provide guidance on program quality and commissioning requirements and resolve issues.
• Lead and oversee program efforts and manage external resources.
• Address smaller geographic needs and project management tasks as they arise.
• Develop and execute training programs and coordinate with team for coverage.
• Report to the Commissioning Operations Leader with a dotted line to the Program Manager.
• Assist in managing construction tools group on-site.
• Perform other related duties.
