Qualifications

• Must have a B.S. in a relevant field (construction mgmt, mechanical, electrical, CS, or building services engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in commissioning, construction management, automation systems, or process management.
• Travel up to 25% anticipated, may increase over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead project commissioning strategy and ensure safe, compliant execution.
• Provide technical leadership and drive process innovation in commissioning workflows.
• Coordinate third-party partnerships and contract management for 3rd-party firms and consultants.
• Mentor team members and drive knowledge transfer on quality and commissioning procedures.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and protocols; oversee documentation.
