Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in San Jose is seeking a Critical Operations Technician to support local data center operations. You will be responsible for maintaining systems, monitoring abnormal conditions, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in data center operations.
• Ability to work in high stress environments with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with data center trending and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems in data centers.
• Monitor and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems.
• Provide day-to-day exceptional customer service and support.

Skills

Strong understanding of electrical systems

Strong understanding of mechanical systems

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Experience with Microsoft Office

Knowledge of fire life safety codes

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

United States Navy Nuclear Engineering (preferred)
