Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in Plano, TX is seeking a dedicated Critical Operations Technician to support a local data center campus. You will operate, monitor, and maintain data center systems across electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety disciplines, delivering reliable uptime for customers.

You will follow standardized safety practices, perform preventive maintenance, analyze operating conditions, and collaborate with management to optimize efficiency and respond to incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment.
• Experience with NFPA standards and fire life safety compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems.
• Track and trend operational characteristics and report findings.
• Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate power installations and upgrades with site management.
• Provide day-to-day exceptional customer service and support.
