Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Critical Operations Technician to support a data center campus in Leesburg, Virginia. You will maintain internal systems with a focus on Safety, Team, and Communication. Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical, electrical, and fire safety systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role and possesses strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a data center or mission-critical operations role.
• Strong understanding of UPS, transformers, PDU’s, RPP’s, chillers, CRAC, and ATS.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems in the data center.
• Monitor and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems.
• Coordinate and oversee power installations and upgrades.

Skills

Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Knowledge of NFPA compliance

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
