Qualifications

• Two or more years of technical training, military training, or workplace equivalency.
• Background in IT, electrical, and/or mechanical fields.
• Two or more years of work experience in a data center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in the data center.
• Troubleshoot facility events within internal SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during work.
• Work a 12-hour shift (7:00pm–7:00am) with possible overtime.
• Monitor Building Management System readings and log critical information.
