Quality Technology Services is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations to lead and coordinate the maintenance of critical electrical, mechanical, FLS, plumbing, and related systems within a 7x24x365 data center.

The role requires strong people leadership, customer service, and problem-solving abilities to ensure uptime and effective incident response, with active coordination of technicians and reporting to the Site Director.

Formación

• Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.
• Previous direct or indirect people leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Critical Operations Technicians to ensure efficient data center support.
• Oversee preventive maintenance on critical systems including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital equipment planning for reliability and uptime.
• Stand-in for the Critical Operations Manager as needed and provide staffing guidance.
• Ensure customer requests are completed promptly and keep stakeholders informed.
• Report to the Critical Operations Manager and Site Director on performance and incidents.
