Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, conduct RCA and document CA for site/equipment failures.
• Support operational issues with training and SOP reviews.
• Own conceptual design for data center upgrades to improve capacity and efficiency.
• Interface with data center operations, design engineering, and safety teams.
