Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, conduct RCA and create CA documentation for site/equipment failures.
• Support operational issues with ad-hoc training and procedure reviews.
• Own the conceptual design for existing data center upgrades and design solutions.
• Interface with internal teams to promote standards ensuring reliability.
• Develop innovative data center solutions for AWS and lead audits.
• Lead engineering audits and on-site visits, producing risk reports with mitigations.
• Act as resident engineer during new construction projects and turnover.
