Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in a critical operations environment and/or data center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of chiller plant systems and related building management systems.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Classroom.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with various systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support safety of the environment and occupants and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor critical power, cooling/environmental, security and support systems to meet uptime targets.
• Perform limited maintenance to ensure smooth operation of data center HVAC and facilities.
• Monitor, resolve and update service tickets using the ticketing system and assist with customer installations.
• Take daily operational readings of mechanical and electrical equipment and inspect buildings for unsafe operation.
• Identify issues and take steps to resolve them; assist with service delivery tasks when needed.
