Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLC, a global consultancy, seeks Cost Managers and Quantity Surveyors at multiple levels to join its Mission Critical team in the U.S., including Texas. You will lead post-contract cost management, prepare forecasts, review change orders, and provide commercial guidance across data-center projects.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of cost management, contract management, or quantity surveying experience.
• Strong post-contract cost management experience in complex projects.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leading post-contract cost management activities across data center projects and programs.
• Preparing and maintaining cost reports, forecasts, cash flows and dashboards.
• Reviewing contractor applications for payment, invoices and supporting documentation.
• Reviewing, validating and negotiating change orders and pricing.
