Job summary

Shenling Environmental Systems Co., Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and support data center cooling equipment across the U.S. This role requires travel to multiple project sites and on-site work at data center facilities.

You will perform 24/7 emergency support, tuning, and training for customers, with a focus on reliability and operational excellence in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on data center cooling or industrial HVAC experience.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Willing to respond to 24/7 emergency calls; travel frequently.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance of data center cooling equipment.
• Provide 24/7 field support and emergency repair to minimize downtime.
• Train and supervise U.S.-based subcontractor maintenance teams.
• Perform cooling system tuning and PUE optimization; deliver technical guidance to clients.
