Job summary

Compu Dynamics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical services for mission-critical data center systems, including installation, startup, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of liquid cooling equipment. You will support customers throughout the full service lifecycle to ensure reliable, high-performance operation in AI/HPC environments.

The role requires extensive field work, ability to travel up to 25%–75%, and maintenance of required certifications.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of field service or similar technical support experience.
Experience in data center environments preferred.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
Experience with 124/208 VAC and 48 VDC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment, controllers, sensors, actuators, and pumps.

Responsibilities

Deliver installation, startup and commissioning support for liquid cooling systems.
Provide onsite troubleshooting and repairs for electro-mechanical equipment.
Document service activities and maintain records in the service platform.
Contribute to technical documentation, bulletins and training materials.
Collaborate with sales/BD on solution development and improvements.
