Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above required, plus relevant controls experience.
• 3 years in low-voltage controls, wiring, networking signals, or related systems.
• Experience with BMS/EPMS is a plus; OSHA safety standards knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, service, and upgrade BMS/EPMS in data centers.
• Mentor Facilities team on BMS/EPMS operation.
• Perform diagnostics and maintenance on hardware and software.
• Read electrical schematics and interpret control drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage small-to-medium projects.
• Ensure safety practices and participate in commissioning.
