The ideal candidate has industrial controls system experience, project management skills, and a background in mechanical, electrical, or technology disciplines to tackle sophisticated control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant controls experience; 12+ years can substitute for degree.
• 4+ years of experience managing large projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite Engineering team in Ohio.
• Oversee installation, programming, and troubleshooting of BMS/EPMS.
• Travel up to 30% domestically.
• Develop launch plans and track team goals; report status to leadership.
• Provide technical guidance to Controls and partner teams as needed.
