Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Controls Manager to lead deployment and service of building management systems (BMS) and EPMS across Amazon data centers in the US West region.

The role requires managing a highly skilled controls team, coordinating with cross-functional groups, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of complex building controls projects. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in industrial controls, project management, and a mechanical/electrical engineering

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial control systems hardware and software.
• 10+ years leading controls teams and mentoring engineers.
• 10+ years managing large, complex controls projects.
• Experience with deployment of BMS/EPMS and data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and service of BMS/EPMS across data centers.
• Manage team goals, hiring plans, and project scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop and review control drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex control systems.
