Qualifications

• 4+ years managing general contractor and vendor processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent controls experience.
• 5+ years with industrial controls in critical environments.
• Experience configuring, programming, and troubleshooting HVAC Controls.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) or certified PMP.

Responsibilities

• Manage BMS and EPMS for AWS data center construction.
• Ensure controls are deployed per scope and specifications.
• Review MEP drawings and provide feedback.
• Develop BOM and manage stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct quarterly maintenance for BMS and EPMS.
