Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in a superintendent role on commercial/industrial projects worth $15-$30 million.
• Prior experience with hyperscale data center projects is a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour certified and STS-C Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise trade contractors to ensure high-quality work meets project schedule.
• Develop and communicate work plans for changes in the field.
• Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
