Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Data Center General Superintendent to lead field installation for complex projects. You will oversee field labor, coordinate teams, ensure quality and safety, and represent ENFRA on site to meet the contracted scope.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of commercial construction supervision for Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC on large Data Center projects and excel in communication, leadership, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Six days a week, ten hours daily, travel 0–5%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent commercial construction experience in Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC large projects.
• Experience in the mechanical construction of large Data Center projects $10+ million.
• Well versed in the industry and competitors with strong communication and management skills.
• Team oriented, guides direct reports and collaborates with Admin staff.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for quality installation of the project.
• Ensure work complies with ENFRA Safety Policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Review submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify potential change orders and discuss cost impacts with management.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and maintain customer relations.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions; ensure timely manpower and equipment delivery.
