Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Data Center General Superintendent to lead field installation for large-scale data center projects. You will own field labor, quality control, safety, and coordination to ensure the project meets the contracted scope.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of superintendent experience in mechanical/plumbing/HVAC for large data center builds, strong communication, and team leadership. Travel is minimal, and the role is on-site in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent commercial construction experience in mechanical/plumbing/HVAC large projects.
• Experience in mechanical construction of large Data Center projects >$10M.
• Strong communication and management skills to lead teams.
• Team oriented and able to guide direct reports and coordinate with Admin staff.
• Proficiency with Procore and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for quality installation of the project.
• Work with Safety to ensure OSHA-compliant work.Review submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify potential change orders and discuss cost impacts with management.
• Maintain customer relations and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions and manpower.
• Monitor labor reporting and prep timesheets; bring project on time and within budget.
