Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years verifiable experience as a Plumbing/HVAC Superintendent.
• At least 5 years on LARGE ($20M+) Data Center projects.
• Must have OSHA 30 card.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and coordinate all construction activities.
• Ensure safety program adherence and OSHA compliance on site.
• Manage field personnel and equipment to meet schedule and budget.
• Coordinate between trades and subcontractors to optimize productivity.
