Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to lead on-site mechanical field operations across assigned data center projects. You will translate strategy into safe, coordinated field performance by leading General Superintendents and Superintendents and aligning manpower, short-interval planning, material and equipment deliveries, site logistics, quality control, and installation sequencing.

The role requires 10+ years in mechanical/plumbing/HVAC construction and 3+ years in data-center

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or related commercial construction field experience.
3+ years of verifiable data center or mission-critical construction experience.
Experience leading large field teams and coordinating multiple trades.
Ability to read contract documents, specs, schedules and installation plans.

Responsibilities

Leads field activities with safety-first culture and ensures compliance with ENFRA policies.
Provides leadership for General Superintendents and Superintendents; sets clear expectations.
Owns field execution planning, sequencing, and two-week look-ahead coordination.
Develops manpower and onboarding plans; coordinates material, equipment, and logistics.
Maintains field-management processes, reporting, and accountability across sites.
Ensures installations meet contract documents and quality standards; supports corrective actions.
Mentors field leaders and promotes continuous improvement and teamwork.
