Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Data Center Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring profitability and alignment with the company way.

You will direct field teams, coordinate trades, and maintain safety while meeting schedule and budget targets. The role requires HVAC/Plumbing superintendent experience and OSHA 30 certification, with Procore and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years verifiable Plumbing/HVAC Superintendent experience.
• At least 5 years on large Data Center projects ($20M+).
• Must have OSHA 30 card.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Procore; strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through safety meetings and investigations.
• Provide leadership for field operations to ensure cohesive team.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities for assigned areas.
• Manage field personnel priorities and staffing to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate site construction activities and supervise field personnel to complete the project on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and company work rules on site.
• Coordinate material deliveries and installation between trades.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards on all on-site activities.
