Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Data Center General Superintendent to lead field installation, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence on large data center projects. You will coordinate labor, review submittals, and manage on-site operations with a focus on cost control and compliance with ENFRA Safety Policy and OSHA guidelines.

The role requires extensive experience in mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC for multi‑million dollar facilities, strong leadership, and effective communication to guide teams

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of superintendent commercial construction experience.
• Experience in the mechanical construction of large Data Center projects $10+ million.
• Well versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Communication and management skills to improve the team.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for quality installation of the project.
• Ensure all work complies with ENFRA Safety Policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Review submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify potential change orders and discuss cost impacts with management.
