Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Construction Security Site Lead (CSSL) to act as on-site security operations leader for active construction in data center environments in Dallas, TX.

You will supervise security personnel, enforce protocols, and maintain standards across shifts. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in security or related fields, valid TX license eligibility, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to qualify for TX security licensing.
• Previous supervisory experience in security or related environments.
• Experience with scheduling, operations leadership, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight of security services across construction areas and posts.
• Enforce security protocols, post orders, client requirements, and safety standards.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to assess officer performance and coverage.
• Maintain leadership visibility across all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Supervise first-line supervisors and oversee officers when needed.
• Support staffing, scheduling, payroll review, training, and operational reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
