Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Construction Security Manager for an Austin, TX project to oversee day-to-day security operations on a live data center construction site. You will manage guarding vendors, enforce Fleet security standards, and coordinate with Construction and EHS teams to protect critical infrastructure.

The role requires 7+ years in security, strong incident response skills, and experience with access controls and surveillance systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in physical security and related fields.
• 3+ years managing site-level security operations.
• Experience in mission-critical construction or data centers.
• Experience developing security procedures and access controls.
• Strong incident response and investigation documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction security operations on site.
• Manage security vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
• Develop and maintain security SOPs and post orders.
• Coordinate with EHS, Operations and construction teams.
• Respond to incidents and escalate as needed.
