Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Construction Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data center projects. You will ensure all phases are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with budgets and resources.

You will develop schedules, coordinate with GC/subcontractors, integrate procurement timelines, analyze impacts, and generate reports to guide milestones and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in construction scheduling, with 2+ years on data center projects.
• Experience with BIM/Procore and scheduling tools.
• PMI-SP/AACE PSP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate with GC, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and PMs to update timelines.
• Integrate procurement and permitting into the master schedule.
• Analyze schedule impacts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Generate regular schedule reports and risk analyses.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and coordinate milestones.
• Monitor progress and flag risks or delays early.
• Ensure schedules meet contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Support earned value, productivity tracking, and reporting.
• Document final schedules and lessons learned at project closeout.
