Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Tolleson, AZ, is seeking a Data Center Construction Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data center projects. You will develop detailed schedules and coordinate with GCs, engineers, and PMs to keep milestones on track. The role requires 5+ years in construction scheduling, familiarity with BIM/Procore, and a relevant degree.

PMI-SP or PSP certification is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years scheduling in construction, 2+ years data center.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing.
• Experience with BIM and Procore.
• PMI-SP or AACE PSP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate with GC, subcontractors, engineers, and PMs.
• Integrate procurement and permitting timelines.
• Analyze schedule impacts and propose mitigation.
• Generate regular schedule reports and critical path analyses.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and flag schedule risks.
• Ensure schedules meet obligations and client expectations.
• Support earned value analysis and productivity tracking.
• Document final schedules and lessons learned at closeout.
