Qualifications
5+ years of scheduling experience in construction, preferably in data center, industrial, or power.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning processes.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded Level 3–5 schedules using Primavera P6.
Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
